Overview

 

Formula SAE is a student design competition sanctioned by SAE International. The goal of the competition is to design, build, and test a prototype 1/4-scale Formula One style racecar. At Clarkson University, the Formula SAE Team consists of 15-25 members of various majors.

 

Every year the Formula Knights competes at the Formula SAE Michigan Competition in May at the Michigan International Speedway. The competition is divided into two categories; static and dynamic events.
